Since 2005 Crossroads has found a new lease of life on DVD. Thanks to Network, Crossroads has become a 'best seller' in archive television sales.   Four 'best of' releases, with a selection of editions from the 1960s to the 80s, were issued between 2005 and 2007 - with Volume One selling out on its first day of release!   Due to the success of these sales Network DVD decided, in 2008, to release all surviving episodes of Crossroads in transmission order from the earliest existing episode of 1965 to the 1980s. The original idea was to release one volume per month; however due to the 'Archive Volumes' proving popular with fans over nineteen releases were issued in 2008 alone.
